I had my AC unit installed right before the dead heat of the summer and couldn’t be more happy with it! The Air Kustoms team was professional and very nice. Juan, Ivan and Jorge got things done and did a great job! Our pg&e bill went down and were staying cool and comfortable!

Juan is a very unnecessarily fair and kind man, Ex Brother-in-law of mine, Jerry Torres, Developed Carpal Tunnel in his hands and was unable to work. Juan treated him with the up most respect and dignity and I cannot thank him enough for that. Also, I worked with Jerry for roughly two weeks and I now have a new found respect for HVAC techs. I wouldn’t be able to handle it on a daily basis, especially during the summer months. It’s 100% Right Or It’s 100% Free

My AC unit was not putting out cold air so I thought the unit needed some maintenance so I called Air Kustoms. This was my first time using this company and I was scared that it would cost an arm and a leg. That was the furthest from the truth the customer service person was super friendly and gave me an instant quote over the phone. The cost for the year maintenance contract was totally affordable and she even scheduled me an appointment for the same day!!! When the technician came to my home he was quite professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he quickly discovered the problem but also had the part that needed to be replaced with him. He then did all the maintenance and stayed around and made sure the problem was fixed before leaving. Joey did an awesome job and I will definitely be referring you guys to any of my friends with AC problems.

Five Stars. Our AC failed on June 24, 2017 during the 100F+ heat wave. Our insurance co. assigned us to one then a 2nd Modesto outfit. Neither called or responded to my voice mails. I was given the go-ahead by the ins. co. to find a repair company myself, if I could, due to the heat wave. I saw AK’s reviews and called them yesterday afternoon, June 27. Jessica and Catalina in the AK office dealt with my ins company, cut the red tape, and our unit was repaired by Joe (one terrific and personable technician) the next morning, June 28, by 8:15 AM. The cost was very reasonable. Great job by the entire professional AK team! You can’t go wrong with this very honest, above board company, that I am sure. I was lucky to find them. They have my future business. Thanks Catalina, Jessica, and Joe.
